Black shows every speck of dust that falls on it. And TV sets attract dust like magnets. You’ve got a no-win situation here. Just keep your dust cloth handy.
The static from the television area is attracting the dust. I don’t think there is anything to stop that happening.
You’ll just have to keep a feather duster nearby and swipe it every day.
Smudge marks on a black fridge disappear with cheapo Tesco window cleaner!
Maybe Pledge or a similar spray will reduce the dust settling on the TV stand, I normally wipe mine with a damp cloth which gets rid of more dust than “dry dusting”, but it might be a bit smeary on a lacquer effect.
Many of the commercial dust products like endust seem to have
a static charge that attracts dust to the dust rag. Might work well
for you. We had to have some wood dining tables sanded and
refinished because of splotches caused by the silicone in dust
sprays. Don’t use on unglazed finishes
