Attorneys routinely ask judges to remove themselves from cases, and if they aren't doing that here, its because there isn't grounds. As for the rest, all you can really do is appeal any decision you don't like. Whether or not that gets you anywhere remains to be seen. It all sounds like the judge has been operating within his authority and discretion. Just because you don't like it doesn't make it wrong. Maybe ask for a new judge. You have everything documented don't you? Get a new lawyer perhaps but it sounds as if he has that all covered too. I don't know sounds as if the judge is biased against you demand a new judge. Sue him for fraud and personal deformation. Sounds also as if he is stalking you also.... have you thought of moving out of his reach? And filing in another county? Two can play the evil game you know.
