Does this mean open bar?

Barleycorn is advertising a new years eve package for $100 : “inclusive New Year’s Eve party package including a premium bar featuring wine, domestic and imported beers and premium liquor, plus an upscale buffet featuring appetizers”

Does this mean an open bar? Or would we still have to pay for drinks?

Sounds like an open bar. If you would have to pay it should read cash bar.

being they don’t say “open bar” or “free drinks” anywhere on their website, its best to ask… it could be just so exclusive they expect to get $100 plus money for drinks.

No, it sounds like they mean that they have these high end liquors available for you to buy.

I’m going to say no for a few reasons; first it doesn’t say so anywhere, but more importantly, there’s no way in hell they would take on that liability. Open bars are the stuff of lawyer’s wet dreams.

For $100, that is not an open bar. It would say specifically.
